HMRC aims to slash transfer pricing cases

Diane Hay, chairwoman of Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs’ transfer pricing board at HMRC would like to halve the amount of transfer pricing cases that HMRC takes up, concentrating resources on higher risk cases
“There is an awful lot of work that is done that revenue authorities shouldn’t be picking up and I would include our own in that, we’ve taken on too much low risk work in the past,” said Hay
