OECD paper on transfer pricing issues in restructuring expected next week

The OECD is expected to release a draft discussion on transfer pricing issues in business restructuring next week.

Caroline Silberztein, the head of the transfer pricing unit in the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, told International Tax Review’s Global Transfer Pricing Forum in Rome the draft will be released for public comment with a public consultation likely to be held in 2009.
