Peru’s tax authority sets transfer pricing filing deadline

SUNAT issues guidance on filing dates for 2007 tax returns

SUNAT, Peru’s tax authority, has notified its corporate taxpayers about filing dates for the annual transfer pricing declaration. The dates, depending on the taxpayer’s tax registration number, fall between August 11 and 26 this year. Last year’s transfer pricing declaration - Declaración Jurada Anual Informativa de Precios de Transferencia (DJPT) - filing date was set and then postponed until December 2007.
