Transfer pricing at the heart of alleged state losses of $63 million
A transfer pricing inquiry is expected to be launched into Indonesias second largest coal producer after allegations were made that it had caused losses to national revenue of $63 million. Members of the Indonesian House of Representatives are claiming that the company PT Adaro Energy deliberately sold coal at below market value to minimise its tax liability.
