Sweden consults on APA programme

Swedish Tax Agency proposal covers bilateral and multilateral APAs

The Swedish Tax Agency (STA) is engaged in a consultancy process which is intended to lay the foundations for an advanced pricing agreement (APA) programme. The agency has advocated a system which will include bilateral and multilateral APAs and has drafted the wording of new legislation to integrate any new system in Swedish law.
