Move quadruples transfer pricing expertise across sub-continent
The Income Tax Department in Delhi has announced that it has created a unit of 70 professionals dedicated solely to transfer pricing. This increases the number of specialists focused on this key discipline fourfold. It follows a succession of complaints against the tax authority about poorly trained staff and inconsistent rulings.
