Transfer pricing specialist David Ive has joined law firm Addleshaw Goddard as a consultant in its City funds practice. Ive has arrived from Mayer Brown International, where he was a funds and tax partner specialising in financial structures. “He is a recognised authority in funds whose expertise covers property, private equity, cross-border infrastructure, hedge and authorised funds from both a tax and regulatory perspective,” said corporate division managing director Paul Devitt.

“He specialises in transfer pricing issues, international corporate tax structuring and double taxation treaty issues with a particular focus on US businesses wishing to establish a UK presence.”
