Tynwald endorses seven-country package including transfer pricing agreements
The Isle of Man’s parliament – the Tynwald – has ratified a package of 28 agreements with the seven Nordic Council countries. The agreements, negotiated in October, including four separate pacts with each Nordic Council member. Three of the four agreements, in each case, are tax treaties. One of the three tax deals is effectively a transfer pricing arrangement, even though the documents do not mention transfer pricing.
