US transfer pricing agreement - backdated to 2003 - at core of inquiry
Ireland’s Revenue Commissioners have launched an inquiry into the Internet search engine company Google. At the heart of the inquiry is a transfer pricing deal between America’s Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the company.
