HMRC launches radical approach to TP enquiries

UK tax authority introduces plan to cut decision times

Britain’s HMRC has announced what it describes as a radical new approach to transfer pricing enquiries. In a statement issued at the end of last week, the UK tax body said: “We are now launching a radical new technical specialism that reaches across our operational, economic analysis and policy units, to deliver the approach.
