Deloitte in Turkey reports on key developments in Turkey’s transfer pricing policy
Turkey’s tax authorities issued a definitive statement on the state’s transfer pricing policy in late December. The communiqué focused on disguised profit distributions through transfer pricing. The communiqué, which had originally been released in draft form on July 5 and revised on October 11, was presented in the Official Gazette on November 18. The tax authority then issued a detailed statement towards the end of last month.
