NASSCOM lends its weight to APAs

India’s leading software trade body supports early move

The National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM), India’s largest trade body for the IT industry, has backed business calls for the government to introduce Advance Pricing Agreements (APA). In its pre-Budget submission, NASSCOM has said that an APA regime would “provide upfront tax certainty”.
