Portugal plans for APAs

Rosa Maria Soares, transfer pricing partner at Deloitte in Lisbon, describes plans for advance pricing agreements in Portugal

The Portuguese tax authorities will be able to offer companies the opportunity to take advantage of advanced pricing agreements (APAs) from 2008. The 2007 Budget included an intention to issue a law to allow APAs.
